RRP ISA Survey Results

Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis, or RRP, is a disease of the respiratory tract. It is also called Laryngeal Papillomatosis. The disease is caused by the Human Papillomavirus, also known as HPV. The virus causes tumor-like lesions to grow on the larynx and, in some cases, in the trachea and lungs.

There is no cure for RRP. Left untreated, the lesions may grow and cause suffocation and death.
